This website (10x.accelerating.in) is operated for the 10X Growth Engine Challenge by Keshave Lal ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you register for the challenge, we collect your name, email address and WhatsApp number. We also collect standard technical information such as your IP address and the ad campaign you arrived from (UTM parameters).

How we use it

Your details are used to: confirm your registration, send you joining links, worksheets and session reminders for the challenge, add you to the private WhatsApp community you opt into, and share relevant programs from us. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Advertising and analytics

We use advertising and analytics tools (such as Meta Pixel) that use cookies to measure how our ads perform. These tools may process anonymised usage data as per their own privacy policies.

Storage and security

Your information is stored on secure servers with access restricted to our team. We take reasonable technical measures to protect it, in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Your choices

You can opt out of emails any time using the unsubscribe link, leave the WhatsApp community any time, or write to us to access or delete your data.
